Convert the written morning briefing into a 5 to 10 minute audio episode for the drive, then give production feedback (volume, pacing, pronunciation) until it sounded right.

You will need

Method

  1. Pick the sections you care about and ask for a 5 to 10 minute episode in a conversational, not newsreader, style.

  2. Have it delivered before you leave, with the written version still available for links and sources.

  3. Give real producer notes after each episode: speeding up at the end, uneven volume, mispronounced names.

  4. Ask it to save those notes as standing rules so tomorrow's episode starts from the fixes.
