Recipe No. 20

Have Your Assistant Write Down Who You Are, Every Sunday Night

Serves Heavy AI users tired of repeating themselves

Run a weekly job that turns the week's conversations into a living document of preferences, operating rules, and values, kept in a place other assistants can read.

You will need

Method

  1. Schedule a Sunday-night pass that reads the week and pulls out new preferences, corrections, and house rules.

  2. Have it add to one living doc, not create a new file each week, with dates on what changed.

  3. Set the privacy rule up front: ranges, not exact figures, for anything sensitive.

  4. Point your other assistants at the same doc so a rule told once is known everywhere.
