You will need

  1. Ask the agent to log in and list every checked-out item with its due date and renewal status.

  2. Have it call out anything overdue or at its renewal limit first, so you know what to hunt for tonight.

  3. Ask for a one-page printable list the kids can check off as books turn up.

  4. Set a check-in a week out: if more than a set number of books are still out, it nudges you again.
